That’s an extremely rare passport of the short lived Principality of Albania which existed only during only 9 years, from 1914 until 1925. The document was issued at Constantinople in 1920 for a gentleman who intended to travel to Paris. What makes those document even more interesting is that it was issued by the Committee of the Albanian Colony (Community) based in Constantinople of the Royal Italian High Commission.
