PAYMENTS

We will only accept PayPal, representing the value of the products purchased by the Client. 

 

All payments are to be made in EURO (EUR).

 

We choose to accept only credit/debit cards as this will serve as a guarantee for both parties involved that the transaction will go smoothly, without the risk of fraud. As soon as we confirm the receiving of the purchased product sum, we will start the delivery process​.

 

We will not disclose your banking information to anyone, as the checkout process is secured and encrypted.

SHIPPING POLICY

As soon as wee will confirm the receiving of the sum allocated to your purchase, we will prepare your product for shipping.

We will ship through Romanian Post Office, using Priority Registered Airmail service.

For all orders exceeding €500 we ship only through the following couriers, at a rate calculated based on destination: EMS, DHL and UPS.

 

Once the package has been sent, we will provide you the tracking number for it. Delivery dates will be provided by the selected courier. Please keep in mind that they are estimative, as the courier may arrive earlier or later than estimated. For more info, please contact them.

Please make sure you are available to receive your package once the courier contacts you. Shipping charges may incur after 3 delivery attempts. Packages that require rerouting will be charged €25.

RETURNS

All sales are final. Only way we will accept returns is if the purchased product arrived to you in a poor condition. Please keep in mind that all products are sold "AS IS". As such, you need to provide photographs that prove the product arrived in poor condition.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will only be granted if the purchased products hasn't been shipped yet. If you want to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP using the contact form provided. Once the package has been shipped, we will not accept cancellations.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be granted to the buyer in the event of receiving a deteriorated item (in a manner that doesn't correspond with the pictures provided as the item's description). In this case, the buyer should inform us at contact@passport-collection.com and afterwards, give us the tracking number of the item/items that will be sent back to us. Once we confirm the tracking number, the refund will be issued in the buyer's bank account. Usually, the refund procedure should take 3-5 working days. For more information regarding the receival of the refund, the buyer should contact his/her bank.
