We will only accept PayPal, representing the value of the products purchased by the Client.
All payments are to be made in EURO (EUR).
We choose to accept only credit/debit cards, processed through PayPal, as this will serve as a guarantee for both parties involved that the transaction will go smoothly, without the risk of fraud. As soon as we confirm the receiving of the purchased product sum, we will start the delivery process.
We will not disclose your payment information to anyone, as the checkout process is secured and encrypted.
As soon as we will confirm the receiving of the sum allocated to your purchase, we will prepare your product for shipping.
For all orders exceeding €1000 we will ship the items only through DHL Express at no shipping cost on the Client's behalf.
For all order under €1000 we will ship with certain EU national carriers (Postal Offices) and/or DHL Express the shipping will be calculated on your checkout page, based on the national carrier's rates towards your destination.
Once the package has been sent, we will provide you the tracking number for it. Delivery dates will be provided by the selected courier. Please keep in mind that they are estimative, as the courier may arrive earlier or later than estimated. For more info, please contact them, as we are not responsible for possible delays caused by customs clearing or the courier transit times.
As a buyer, it's your full responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply, and to pay such fees or taxes at your location. It's solely the responsibility of the buyer to clear the ordered items from local customs.
Please make sure you are available to receive your package once the courier contacts you. Shipping charges may incur after 3 delivery attempts.

All sales are final. Only way we will accept returns is if the purchased product arrived to you in a poor condition. Please keep in mind that all products are sold "AS IS". As such, you need to provide photographs that prove the product arrived in poor condition.
Cancellations will only be granted if the purchased products hasn't been shipped yet. If you want to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP using the contact form provided. Once the package has been shipped, we will not accept cancellations.
Refunds will be granted to the buyer in the event of receiving a deteriorated item (in a manner that doesn't correspond with the pictures provided as the item's description). In this case, the buyer should inform us at email@example.com and afterwards, give us the tracking number of the item/items that will be sent back to us. Once we confirm the tracking number, the refund will be issued in the buyer's bank account. Usually, the refund procedure should take 3-5 working days. For more information regarding the receival of the refund, the buyer should contact his/her bank.
